Hi, I’m Vanessa. As an independently licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in helping children, teenagers, and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, OCD, and daily stress. I also partner directly with parents to help build healthier family dynamics, set clear boundaries, and manage challenging behaviors with practical, proven tools.
My goal is simple: to provide a compassionate, down-to-earth space where young people feel genuinely heard and families get the real support they need to thrive.
