Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of young people and their families across inpatient, outpatient, residential, and educational settings. Whether working with a child, teenager, or young adult, my goal is to provide a grounded, compassionate space where real growth happens.
I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and behavioral concerns. Many of the young people I work with are dealing with feelings of emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, panic, low motivation, or the urge to avoid difficult situations.
My work is trauma-informed and rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—a specialized approach that is particularly effective for managing anxiety and OCD. I am committed to ongoing professional growth and continuously expanding my clinical knowledge in the modalities that will best support the families I serve.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me spending time outdoors with my family and our dog. I also enjoy painting and knitting (both with enthusiastic mediocrity) and hold out hope that I will one day complete my running to-do lists.
