Therapy should never feel like just another adult telling you what to do. I aim to create a confidential, down-to-earth space where you can show up as your authentic self without judgment.
Together, we’ll help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, build practical tools for daily life, and navigate the stress that comes with school, relationships, and growing up.
Anxiety & Stress: Learning to manage overwhelming worry and high pressure.
ADHD: Building practical strategies for executive functioning, focus, and organization.
Depression: Finding path forward through low mood, burnout, and emotional fatigue.
OCD & Intrusive Thoughts: Gaining control back from repetitive worries and compulsions.
My work is collaborative, practical, and grounded in proven modalities tailored to your goals:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Motivational Interviewing
Caregivers are the most powerful catalyst for lasting change in a young person’s life. I partner with parents to help strengthen family dynamics, reduce household stress, and navigate behavioral challenges with confidence.
Therapy Integration: If your child is in individual therapy, you may be invited to join periodic sessions or support skill-building practice at home.
Parent Management Training (PMT): An evidence-based treatment designed for parents of children experiencing behavioral challenges. PMT equips you with concrete, positive strategies to improve communication, set clear boundaries, and reduce conflict at home.
